I walked over the Brooklyn Bridge
the crowd was hyped up
we knew god was on our side
some guy on the right
said he would put a bullet in my head
did I prefer center right or left
I told him to go fuck himself
and blew him a kiss
when it came time to speak
I saw you holding a sign with images
of babies from Newtown
you read a poem that touched my heart
I knew in that moment
I was once again in love
you looked at me and
I knew I was captured
love in a glance
